WARRANTY TERMS
MGTechnologies company guarantees:
A lifetime warranty on the manufactured rifle stocks and gun grips, provided the requirements for use and storage are met. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the rifle stock or grip, as indicated in the Warranty Certificate. The warranty is solely recognized in the case of hidden defects in materials and construction. The warranty does not cover parts and components that naturally wear out during the use of the rifle stock or grip (coating). Warranty for MGTechnologies rifle stocks and grips is void in cases when:
- The rifle stock or grip is used for unintended purposes, in extreme conditions (hunting from vehicles, falls, etc.)
- The factory specifications of the rifle stock or grip have been modified or changes (modifications) have been made to its construction by the owner or a person not authorized by the MGTechnologies dealer, assemblies, parts, equipment not provided by the manufacturer have been installed
- The Warranty Certificate confirming the purchase is cancelled if it's the fault of the rifle stock or grip owner. In case defects or damage to the rifle stock or grip occurs during the warranty period due to the manufacturer's fault, the owner has the right to replace it with a similar rifle stock or grip.
